I have been in the fitness industry as well as the sports industry since 2006. As an administrator I worked as a sports team manager, operations and sales manager for a sports information company and marketing manager for a PSL club. My coaching and wellness journey started by coaching an under 12 football club, then becoming an indoor cycling instructor in 2008. I transitioned into personal and group training in 2016.

Coach Karabo Wellness came about as an idea to get people concerned about their physical wellbeing. Most people have become very sedentary and as a result have become very unhealthy and unwell.

My mission is to innovatively create platforms for people to care for their wellbeing.

The process of achieving your wellness goals is a multi discipline approach that includes physical training, nutrition and other lifestyle choices. I focus on using scientific training methods to create fun, efficient and effective training plans. My plans set a framework to help you reach your wellness goals and are tailored to your schedule.

My Approach

As a coach, I will help you reach a goal or make a changes in your life. I give you a different perspective and start taking action in the areas of your life that you wish to change. I am motivator, strategist and accountability partner. My goal is to help you reach your goal in the most efficient, effective and rewarding way possible. I assist you through the achievement process, from the planning stage all the way through the execution stages.

I try not to give too much advice or tell you what to do. I try to help you find what feels right for you by helping you reveal the answers to yourself through discussion, suggestions, brainstorming and reflection.

Motivation

A coach is a source of motivation and inspiration that gives you the push you need to reach your full potential. I am with you every step of the way, helping you find ways to stay on track and motivated to accomplish those goals and so much more.

Strategy

An effective strategy is something a coach is really good at helping you with. Efficiency is key to keeping momentum up and creating lasting changes.  If you’re feeling lost and want to know how to find yourself again, I may help you get clarity and confidence.

Accountability

A coach is someone who will keep you accountable for reaching your goals and making positive changes. I will help you through the road blocks along the way, give you the push you need when you’re stuck, cheer for you when you meet your goals and then challenge you to get out there and conquer even more goals.
