Personal Trainer needs a Personal Trainer

My state of being is a result of genetics combined with my choices. This is true even for me as a personal trainer.

I know what being well feels like and my current state is nowhere near that.

  • Low creativity
  • Sluggish
  • Irritable
  • Anxious
  • Facial impurities
  • Regular headaches
  • Excess body fat
  • Poor movement and flexibility
  • Shoulder aches
  • Reduced muscle tone
  • Poor bowel movement

As you can see this is a long list of the obvious effects of me being less than optimal.

I know the processes required to be on top of my game, I however struggle a lot with the motivation.

I think I may need a coach! Better yet, I need to implement my own coaching on myself.
