I have been training with Karabo Molokoane for the past year and I can say that this was one of the best decisions I have made. Karabo’s fitness knowledge and abilities, has made him the best trainer I could have possibly want to work with.

Karabo’s work extends outside of the gym, he works on the whole person: mentally, emotionally and physically. He embodies change, through consistent and positive feedback and encouragement.

Karabo is focused on helping me achieve my goals and motivates me to push past my perceived limits and results. My fitness has noticeably improved and I find that I actually (at times) look forward to my workouts. By using gym as an analogy of my life, he has helped redefine it for the better.
