While I was thinking up a warm up sequence that anyone could follow, I got some inspiration from 2 sources;
1. Listening to my kids doing “Head, shoulders, knees and toes”
2. A song we used to sing in primary school or creche
So I decided to spice up this nursery rhyme. I added some other moves to give an all round warm up.
Have some fun teaching the kids this one while getting ready for your workout
